Healing Our First-Responders with Ayurveda & Life Purpose Therapies

1st Responders Over the past 3 1/2 decades of helping people find inner peace and natural health, one of the most oft repeated lines from people from a wide range of careers is, ‘I have the most stressful job’.

One policeman told me how he is never ‘off’; ‘I was eating dinner at the local diner when a woman approached me and began complaining about an issue. In the middle of her complaint, she reached down, picked up some of my french fries, ate them, and continued her tirade’.

Clearly there are more stressful situations, though this is one of the more humorous ones. Still some of the most stressful jobs are the first responders – the police, firefighters, EMTs, and homeland security.

The Need:
a) To remain alert and vigilant without tension or stress prior to situations
b) To remain clear and effective during a crisis
c) To unwind and dissolve the mental and physical stress post-crisis – not holding onto or reliving the stresses except for learning capacity.

The Solution:
a) Ayurvedic food plans provide a foundation of mental and physical health from which to remain strong and alert and let stress roll over us.
b) Ayurvedic lifestyle therapies help maintain calm AND alert pre-crisis, and dissolve stress post-crisis (eg, aromatherapy relaxes the mind; yoga stretches and releases stress from the muscles.)
c) Ayurvedic herbal brain tonics help keep mind and body clear, alert, calm, and stress-free. Other herbs clean the blood, lungs, liver and other organs after exposure to environmentally toxic conditions (eg, fire, chemical plant; there is an ayurvedic doctor in NY city treating firefighters from 9-11 healing their lungs from the air-borne toxins at ‘ground zero’).
d) Meditation, thought-pattern exercises and life purpose & vision exercises keep people in touch with their soul, the meaning of their life, and on target to achieve their highest goals to serve humanity and live in their paradise.

First Responder Teams/Groups/Agencies
Call us to discuss our 3-step all-natural Stress Management System (SMS).
1. Written assessment: responders complete our survey to learn where and how they develop stress and release or do not release their stress
2. Observation: we visit your site and see how the men and women deal and not deal with stress.
3. Implementation: We offer video conference talks, or more effectively, live on-site training workshops to teach these skill sets to the responders.

The motto of first responders can now be, ‘first reduce’ – managing undue stress make responders more successful, and their lives more rewarding.
